Trees sometimes have to be removed from your property because they have: died and become a hazard, defensible space for fire safety clearance from your house, to much water or bad drainage causing the tree to lean or fall over, view clearance, rodent infestation among other reasons

We also check your roots are not encroaching sewer/water/gas lines or foundation. A trees root structure can continue out past the canopy of the tree.
